My heater just didn't work one day last week. It's 52 years old so I was very worried. I called Rush Air Mechanical and got an appointment right away. Mike, the service technician came right on time and put his shoe covers on and I introduced him to my furnace. He promptly fixed the problem and then took out his smartphone to take pics of the inside of the furnace where our heads can't fit. The photos showed stress fractures and proof that I need a new furnace. He called the office to set up a visit for an estimate for me and recommended that I not use my furnace. I appreciated his honesty, his work over and beyond just fixing the presenting problem and his solution. Also, my payment for the house call will be deducted from my purchase of a new furnace. I really appreciated the photos because they proved he was telling the truth. I highly recommend Rush Air Mechanical.

After researching and getting quotes we decided Rush Air Mechanical was the best option for new furnace and ducts.
They are the epitome of professionalism and quality. They obviously go above and beyond in training their employees. They go above and beyond with regards to communication. One small example is that in all of their emails, they list a cell phone number and pick up when you call!
I am sure someone can find cheaper options out there, but I'm sure no one can find a better small business to go with for their heating.
